Winsome Williams Director
From a young age, Winsome Williams found her calling in the caregiving profession. Her journey began in high school, where she studied childcare. She then opened and operated a daycare for 10 years while caring for her grandparents, an experience that ignited her lifelong passion for improving lives through compassionate care. After closing the daycare, she migrated to England to deepen her knowledge and skills in the field of healthcare. There, she spent 17 years working with clients who faced challenges such as dementia, mental health conditions, learning disabilities, Alzheimer’s, geriatrics, and autism spectrum disorders.
With more than 25 years of experience, Winsome has provided exceptional care in diverse settings, including private homes, assisted living facilities, and community outreach programs. Her qualifications include LPN, CNA, and HHA certifications, advanced training in CPR, massage therapy, medication administration, child psychology, activity coordinator, and health and social care at the university level. Winsome also brings expertise in administering care for clients with Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s disease, cancer, diabetes, paraplegia, COPD, and many other health conditions, along with hospice care for families in need.
Winsome’s passion extends beyond caregiving—she enjoys traveling, gardening, decorating, and connecting with seniors through shared interests like documentaries and family time. She is also a qualified activity coordinator. All of these experiences have culminated in the creation of Team Gifted Home Care Nurse Registry, a unique nurse registry founded on principles of inclusivity, creativity, and compassionate Person-Centered Care (PCP). Winsome’s registry embraces the needs of clients and their families, enriching lives with heartfelt support and unwavering dedication.

Kedora Morris Supervisor
My name is Kedora Morris, and I was born on April 22, 1980, at Noel Holmes Hospital in Lucea, Hanover. I was raised in Chambers Pen District, where I developed a strong sense of community, responsibility, and determination from an early age.
I began my education at Lucea Primary School and continued my academic journey at Rusea’s High School, where I built a foundation of discipline and ambition that has guided me throughout my career.
My professional experience spans several years in both the hospitality and healthcare fields. I worked at Coco La Palm Resort for twelve years, followed by two years at Paradise View Hotel and four years at Grand Lido Negril. These experiences taught me the importance of teamwork, communication, and delivering exceptional service.
Seeking to expand my skills and contribute more meaningfully to the well-being of others, I transitioned into the healthcare field. I have worked as a Patient Care Assistant for three years at Northwood Glen Assisted Living and five years at House of Light Senior Living. Throughout this journey, I have learned to work efficiently under pressure, provide compassionate care, and maintain professionalism in every situation.
I hold certifications from Hospitality Training Specialists, Dining Services, and Team Jamaica Training. These qualifications have strengthened both my service-oriented mindset and my commitment to excellence.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, which allows me to continue learning and growing personally and professionally. My ongoing goal is to continue providing quality care and support to those in need, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
